Commitment: The Flag like a Girl 2026 Winter League runs from Jan 10th - Feb. 28th, 2026. The weekly Saturday games will take place at TTC4 (1030 34 Ave,Nisku), teams will play a total of 7 games in (7) weeks with no additional practices. Schedules will vary by team, but times will stay consistent from week to week. Times will be determined closer to the season as details are finalized.
Divisions and Times
Junior Girls (Grades 3-5) 8:00am-9:00 am (60 min) $275
Intermediate Girls (Grades 6-8) 9:00am-10:15am (75 min) $275
Senior Girls (Grades 9-12) 10:15am-11:30am (75 min) $275
Games: Games will be at a constant time on Saturdays in-between 8:00 am - 11:30 am at Turf Training Centre 4 (1030 34 Ave,Nisku).
Investment: The fee is $275. This fee includes NFL Flag Team Reversible Jersey, Flags, Football Alberta Membership, Football Canada Membership, Accident Insurance, Liability Insurance, Quality Trained Coaches (dependent on age level), and Field Rentals.
Teams are distributed to ensure even numbers on each team (8 - 10 players/team). Players will be placed in divisions based on their school grade.
The only additional equipment needed is a good pair of runners or cleats and a water bottle.
No experience is necessary.
Divisions will focus on 5 on 5 Flag Football.
